‘Cupping’ is the professional method of tasting, grading and analysing roasted coffee; it’s used by importers to determine crop values and by roasters to develop blend profiles – it’s also a whole heap of fun!
If you’re in to your coffee then swing by the roastery every Saturday at 11:00 and sit in on an open cupping session.  It’s a great way to learn about coffee, develop your palate and chat with other crazy coffee lovers.  No need to book, just pull up a seat by the roaster and prepare your taste buds for a workout.
