May 10 Before 2 Challenge: Jump Rope for Heart & Lifeblood

Remember the days of Jump Rope for Heart in the schoolyard? Well, we’re bringing nostalgia back—this time with an even bigger impact! This May we’re partnering with Aranda Primary School to raise awareness for heart health, but in addition to keeping our hearts strong, we’re also focusing on the lifesaving power of blood & plasma donation.

Every jump this month is a reminder of the power of movement and community action —whether it’s skipping rope or rolling up your sleeve to donate. Stay active and raise awareness for blood donation with this skipping challenge inspired by The Facts of Lifeblood! Each day’s skipping count is based on key statistics about blood donation in Australia.

So, grab a rope, grab a mate, and let’s make a difference — one skip, one donation, one step at a time. Ready to jump in? 🩸💪
