Ingredients & Targets

18g of your favourite Two Before Ten Filter Roast

Paper or metal filter

Medium coarse grind

200-300ml of filtered water at 92C

Time 2:30


Place filter in basket and rinse thoroughly

Attach basket to Aeropress cylinder & tip in ground coffee

Place Aeropress on cup on top of scales

Pour 100ml bloom of hot water into Aeropress and stir

After 30 seconds, pour in another 100ml, stir

Remove from scales and plunge into cup, stop plunger just short of last few drops - add up to 100ml of water into the cup to dilute to taste.
