This extended 5-day anaerobic natural from Timor-Leste has been provided by Orijem Timor, a longtime partner of Two Before Ten. Orijem Timor works with over 1,000 smallholder farming partners across Timor-Leste, delivering hands on training and support to help rehabilitate ageing plantations and lift yields. Farmers learn specialist pruning, organic fertilisation, pest control and soil health techniques through village demonstration plots, and are paid premium prices for the quality they produce, turning better farming practice directly into better household income.

Proteus #55 has creamy notes of lime, reminiscent of a classic lime milkshake, with the sweet acidity of sour lollies and a gentle cocoa undertone. Best enjoyed as a milky, this coffee is also a star as a straight espresso.
